Infant Adoption:
Some birth parents experience unplanned pregnancies and choose an adoption plan for their unborn child. These birth parent(s) may chose an adoptive family through non-identifying profiles made by the adoptive family. If the birth parent(s) choose the sacrificial and loving act of adoption for their child, she/they may sign adoption paperwork after 72 hours after the birth of the baby.

Transracial Adoption:
In addition to our counseling program, New Horizons networks with a number of adoption agencies from other states requesting prospective adoptive families for minority (African American or racially mixed) babies. U.S. Waiting Kids

There are many children available for adoption throughout the United States.These children are normally children with special needs such as:
   ° Member of a sibling group
   ° Older children
   ° Children with emotional and/or medical needs
In these circumstances, special arrangements may be made to help with the expenses of adoption.
